Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Significads. By using our services, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Campaign Processing Schedule

  • Message campaigns can only be submitted and processed Monday to Saturday between 10:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. (IST).
  • Any campaign request received after 7:00 P.M., before 10:00 A.M., on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day or during the next available business hours.
  • Campaign execution is subject to successful verification of the submitted content, availability of required credits, and technical feasibility.

2. WhatsApp, Meta & Facebook Policy Compliance

  • The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all messages, content, media, recipient lists, and campaigns comply with the latest WhatsApp, Meta, and Facebook policies and applicable laws.
  • Significads acts only as a service provider for campaign execution and does not control the policies, decisions, or actions of Meta, Facebook, WhatsApp, or any affiliated platform.
  • Significads shall not be held responsible for:
    • Suspension, restriction, or permanent blocking of any WhatsApp, Facebook, or Meta account.
    • Rejection of message templates or campaigns.
    • Delivery limitations imposed by Meta or WhatsApp.
    • Any action taken by Meta, Facebook, WhatsApp, or their systems against a customer’s account.
  • If a customer’s account is restricted, suspended, or blocked due to unauthorized messaging, spam, policy violations, or messages that do not comply with WhatsApp Messaging Guidelines or Meta policies, Significads shall have no liability whatsoever.

3. Refund Policy

  • All payments made towards the purchase of message credits, campaign credits, or similar services are final and non-refundable.
  • No refund shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Change of mind.
    • Cancellation by the customer.
    • Unused credits.
    • Technical issues beyond the control of Significads.
    • Account suspension or blocking by Meta, Facebook, or WhatsApp.
  • Where technically feasible and at the sole discretion of Significads, an alternative solution or replacement may be provided instead of a monetary refund. The decision to provide such an alternative rests entirely with Significads.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this page periodically for any updates. Continued use of Significads’ services constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these Terms & Conditions.
